Myofunctional Therapy focuses on individualized exercises and functional strategies involving the muscles of the mouth, tongue, jaw, and face to help improve patterns such as tongue and lip posture, nasal breathing habits, chewing, and swallowing.

Who I am
I’m Jennifer, a Registered Dental Hygienist and Myofunctional Therapy provider dedicated to helping individuals develop healthier oral and breathing patterns.
With a background in dental hygiene, I bring a strong foundation in oral health, patient education, and the relationship between oral function and overall well-being to my work with clients.
My goal is to provide personalized, supportive care that helps clients better understand their oral and breathing patterns and work towards improved function.
I believe every person deserves care that is educational, individualized, and centered around their unique needs. Through Myo Breathe and Balance, I strive to create a comfortable environment where clients feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout their journey.
